AI support inbox for Shopify brands on Gmail and Outlook

Small ecom teams lose entire mornings to customer service.

It’s never the reply that takes the morning — it’s finding the order, the tracking, the policy first. Nuncio does that part: writes in your voice, uses your real order data, and never invents a fact it doesn’t have. Correct it once and it stops making that mistake.

Nuncio's review queue — a customer support email beside its grounded draft reply, with a confidence meter and Accept & send / Rewrite actions.
The reality

The inbox is a second full-time job that lands on the founder.

For a growing Shopify brand, the inbox never clocks out.

WISMO never stops

"Where's my order" is most of your inbox. Every single one needs a real lookup, not a guess.

The knowledge lives in one head

Ingredients, prep, policies, edge cases. The person who knows all of it is the bottleneck, and they can't be everywhere at once.

Replies happen at 11pm

Support bleeds into nights and weekends. You answer email at 11pm because nobody else can.

How Nuncio works

From a new sign-in to a draft that sounds like you.

No jargon, no dashboard to learn first.

  1. 1

    Connect your mailbox and Shopify

One sign-in for Gmail or Outlook, plus your store. That's the whole setup.

  2. 2

    It reads your sent mail

Before it writes anything new, it studies how your team has actually answered before.

  3. 3

Drafts arrive with their evidence attached

Every draft comes with a confidence score and the sources behind it, right there next to the reply.

  4. 4

You accept it, or you edit it

Send it as is, or change a word. Either way, your edit becomes the example Nuncio reaches for next time. You never teach it the same lesson twice.

Day zero shows you something real

Before you connect anything, we read the mailbox and hand back a report: your voice, your top issues, your knowledge gaps. Minutes, not a project.

Your inbox starts telling you things

Similar questions cluster into trends, so a pile of “delivered but not received” emails reads as a 3PL problem, not just a queue of tickets.

The difference

ChatGPT starts from zero on every email. Nuncio starts from everything the brand has already said.

Voice from your sent mail

It looks at how you've actually answered this kind of question before. Same tone, same level of detail, same judgment calls. Not a generic brand voice.

Facts from a knowledge base you approve

If the answer isn't in there, it doesn't guess. Corrections you make get ranked first the next time. You don't teach it twice.

It knows when it doesn't know

A bot that guesses is worse than a slow reply. Confidence is how many close examples exist, how similar they are, and whether the knowledge base actually covers it. Not the model grading its own homework.

Autopilot is a dial, not a switch

Auto-send is off until you turn it on. Then it's per category, above the confidence threshold you set. You decide what "safe enough" means for your brand.

Brands answering their inbox with Nuncio.

Real Shopify brands running Nuncio on their own support inbox — not a demo, not a hypothetical. Auto-send is on wherever a brand has trusted it with a category; the rest still gets a human's approval first.

Questions

What operators ask first.

Only if you turn that on, per category, and only above a confidence threshold you set. By default every draft waits for a human to Accept & send. Auto-send is a dial, off until you move it.

It's built not to. Replies are grounded in your live Shopify orders and your label-verbatim knowledge base. When the answer isn't in your data, it doesn't invent one, it queues the email for a person.

It says so. It won't invent an answer to sound confident. When the knowledge base doesn't cover something, the draft says it doesn't know and flags the gap, so you can add the answer once and it's covered for every customer after that. No guessing, ever.

Your support Gmail (read + send, through your own account) and your Shopify store for order lookups. One Google sign-in grants both mailbox access and login; credentials are encrypted at rest.

Minutes to connect Gmail and Shopify. The value compounds as you add knowledge-base entries and, when you're ready, switch on auto-send for the categories you trust.

Flat $249 a month. No per-ticket pricing. Your volume can go up and the bill doesn't.

OAuth tokens and store credentials are encrypted at the application layer. Gmail access is scoped to reading and sending. Every classify, ground, gate, and send is written to an audit trail you can review.

Shopify brands whose founders or small teams still answer support themselves. Tested on real support inboxes before it ever went out to anyone else. Built by operators, for operators.
