Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nuncio, a customer-support assistant operated by Attomik. By connecting your account and using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Nuncio connects to your support inbox, drafts suggested replies to incoming messages, and — with your approval or the automation rules you configure — sends replies and archives handled conversations. Draft replies are AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before they are sent, except where you have configured automation rules to send without individual review.
Subscription & billing
Nuncio is $249/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Attomik to charge your payment method on file each billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we do not provide partial refunds or credit for the unused portion of a period.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect the inbox you authorize and to send replies from it.
- You are responsible for the content of replies sent from your account, including automated ones.
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive messaging.
Automated sending
If you enable auto-send for certain categories, Nuncio may send replies without individual review when a draft meets your confidence threshold. You control these settings and can turn them off at any time. You accept responsibility for messages sent under rules you enable.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that drafts will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attomik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. You can stop using Nuncio at any time by canceling your subscription and revoking access in your Google or Microsoft account. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
